This Machine enables manufacture of Printing Screens very precisely so as to make sure of Printing. Any design pattern how complicated and difficult it be can get exposed in this machine without any manual error
It has a horizontal Table of exposure and it is fitted with Actinic Blue tube lights, which provide light to enable exposure on printing screen. The Main chassis holds the sliding rails for screen chariots and pressure cylinder chariots, and it is provided with a precise measuring scale to measure length and repeat blocks. The Screen Chariots are movable on main chassis with pneumatic cylinders for lifting the screen and an arrangement is provided for fixing the screen in a secured position and a repeat setting and measuring device lengthwise.
Auxiliary frame with sliding rails are provided for exposing chariot and a precise measuring scale widthwise and repeat blocks.
Exposing Chariots movable on auxiliary frame consist of Actinic Blue tube lights covered by framed glass, Reflector, Cooling equipment for force cooling the tube lights and Repeat setting and measuring device widthwise.
Each Pressure Cylinder Chariot consists of Pneumatic Cylinders movable with pads to hold the screen and the diapositive in position while exposing is taken place.
Electrical Panel is provided with electronic timer for controlling precise exposure and for Tube lights Control switches, force cooling equipments and compressor are provided.
Pneumatic Control Panel is provided with Air Filter, Lubricator, Pressure Regulators, Pressure Gauges, and Control Valves for Pressure Cylinders and lifting cylinders |
